Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: The Instructional Designer is responsible for working collaboratively with the Learning and Development team and other key stakeholders to achieve project goals as defined in strategic and operational plans. Principal Responsibilities:

•Enhance existing and create new assessment processes and protocols for all products in alignment with learning outcome goals.
•Review and revise exam items as necessary to meet performance validation standards for BOMI assessments.
•Ensure learning materials developed are designed to address audience needs and learning styles.
•Work to enhance current instructional design knowledge by attending relevant seminars, trade shows, and referencing appropriate industry resources.
•Demonstrate positive team and collaborative techniques for project success.
•Support of other education initiatives as requested by the Director of Learning & Development.

Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
•3-4 years of experience in a learning or training organization.
•Previous work experience in an adult education environment preferred.

Training, Skills, Knowledge, and/or Experience:
•Excellent technical skills to include working knowledge of:
-Articulate Storyline
-Microsoft Office products
-Current eLearning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, InDesign,
Photoshop, Illustrator, and other multimedia design tools

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of ADP Lyric workstreams, ensuring project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
5+ years of experience managing HCM implementations.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects within SaaS environments, with a solid understanding of SDLC principles, project methodologies, and implementation workflows.
Proven experience managing system integrations, coordinating third-party vendors, and supporting data migration and optimization/harmonization efforts.

Responsibilities
· Manage all HR module phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
· Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness, and budgets
· Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project/module vehicles and coordination of resources
· Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the project
· Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the module implementation
· Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
· Make decisions based on information and input on time
- This is a virtual role that may require 15% travel to client sites

Qualifications
· 3+ Years proven work experience working with ADP products, specifically WFN in an HR capacity, and a 4-year college degree or a combination thereof
· Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Thorough knowledge of other HCM products is a plus
· Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
· Proven consulting, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
· Commitment to being accountable for results, both individually and as a team
· Ability to think independently and make informed decisions
