This individual will have the opportunity to lead candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle starting from sourcing to offer negotiation for our corporate positions, as well as for our clients. In addition, build relationships with clients, hiring managers, build candidate pipelines and act as a liaison via excellent communication skills. #Team #FosterThomasGrowth

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • · Perform full-lifecycle recruitment including the creation of strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating, and extending offers.  
  • · Ability to recruit for a variety of talent acquisition needs including corporate roles and for our client via direct placement, staffed opportunities and our outsources recruiting model
  • · Build diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, referrals, and industry contacts 
  • · Inspire and educate passive talent about our mission and deliver an excellent candidate experience through the recruitment and onboarding process 
  • · Execute on strategic recruiting plans for clients to attract, hire and retain candidates and employees.
  • · Partner with internal and external partners to align on methodologies and accuracy of workforce and demand planning.
  • · Provide input in Company’s recruiting strategy and visibility efforts

Desired Education And Skills

  • Three+ years of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably staffing/agency experience).  
  • Must have a four (4) year college degree or equivalent industry experience, or a combination thereof.  
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline and meet recruiting/metrics goals. 
  • Experience managing a strategic full lifecycle recruiting process with a solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices. 
  • Process-oriented manages high volume across multiple client environments without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.  
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems. 
  • A team player that understands the value of working collaboratively with other members of the group; a problem solver with a high sense of urgency and motivation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven time management skills
