In this role as a part-time Operations Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the FosterThomas executive team and provide operations support for the company. This hybrid / part-time (20 hours per week) position is located at our headquarters in Annapolis, MD.
Support members of the executive team with daily administrative support and responsible to assist in the management of the day-to-day operational needs of the corporate office:
Assist with planning and running corporate meetings and events.
Assist with the creation of corporate communications.
Coordinate technology needs for the company to include laptop inventory, phone system updates, office equipment maintenance, key fobs, etc.
Responsible for working in tandem with other departments to assist with their administrative needs such as setting up calls, updating databases and spreadsheets.
Responsible for ordering and managing supplies for the company.
Work diligently to meet time sensitive deadlines.
Willingness to assume other office-related duties that fall outside of this job description.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
Experience in an administrative capacity with proven increased responsibility.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use discretion when handling confidential information.
Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks.
Power user of Microsoft Outlook.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
