Job Purpose: As a Project Manager, you will guide a project team to successfully implement client Talent Acquisition or Talent Management projects. You will plan, organize, control, and deploy key milestones and resources to meet client and business goals. Using established templates and project management techniques, you will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead large project teams responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects.
Build strong partnerships at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation through closure.
Provide analysis, status reports, and risk management solutions.
Recommend best practices and process improvements to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
8+ years of project management or continuous improvement experience.
Candidate MUST have prior ADP experience.
Proven experience leading medium to large cross-functional projects.
Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, or other relevant certifications are preferred.

Salary range: $45,000 to $130,000, based on qualifications and experience.
