Job Title: Talent Implementation Consultant

Transforming HCM Strategies to Solutions: Since 1993, FosterThomas has provided global clients with human capital management (HCM) consulting services in systems implementation, payroll project management, human resources management, and talent acquisition. We offer tailored HCM solutions to tackle complex challenges our clients face. We are assisting our client, ADP, in the search for a Talent Implementation Consultant. This is a 100% remote, full-time, and salaried position.

Job Purpose: 

In this role, you'll combine your analytic and project management skills with your ability to simplify complex information -- helping customers develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease. You'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to successfully implement clients on Talent Acquisition & Talent Management products. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment for Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management Recruiting, staffing, hiring mangers
  • At least 2 years of experience working with WFN HR, ADP Recruiting Management, ADP Comp Planner, or experience with non-ADP Talent Mgmt Products (Performance, Compensation, Succession & Learning Mgmt)
  • Leverage strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs
  • Ability to recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply best practice concepts and experience in new implementation situations
  • Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Salary range: $45,000 to $130,000, based on qualifications and experience.
