Job Purpose:
As the Administrative Specialist and under the leadership of the Executive team, you are tasked with providing administrative and operational support. This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires 4 days a week in our Annapolis location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support members of the executive team with daily administrative tasks and responsible for assisting in the management of the day-to-day operational needs of the corporate office. This could include setting up calls and updating databases and spreadsheets.
  • Interact with practice leadership in support of the contracts department to ensure proper information is gathered.  This could include creating and updating basic client contracts. 
  • Coordinate technology needs for the company to include laptop inventory, phone system updates, office equipment maintenance, key fobs, etc.
  • Responsible for ordering and managing supplies for the company.
  • Assist the talent practice by updating job postings on career websites (CATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.). 
  • Assist with sourcing candidates by using databases and social media. This could also include initial phone screens.
  • Willingness to assume other office-related duties that fall outside of this job description.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of recruiting, sales, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A four (4) year college degree or equivalent industry experience or a combination thereof is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with other HCM systems.  Must be tech-savvy and able to learn and use new technology.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline and meet recruiting/metrics goals. 
  • A team player who understands the value of working collaboratively with other members of the group and brings a positive can-do attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create professional correspondence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven time management skills are imperative.
