Job Purpose:
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of ADP Lyric modules to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated time frames.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all phases of HCM projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining deliverables, tasks, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Manage highly complex projects using a variety of methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Direct day-to-day project activities, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved through proactive oversight, issue resolution, and resource coordination.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams whose work impacts project success, including HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Lead clear, consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including managing relationships with third-party vendors and system integrators.
  • Oversee data cleanup, data migration preparation, and the creation of client service models from the ground up, supporting teams through change and complexity.
  • Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders on both a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
  • Document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core business and system processes.
  • Identify, assess, manage, and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate.
  • Tailor project governance, tools, and processes to meet the unique needs of each client engagement.
  • Make informed, timely decisions based on available data, stakeholder input, and project priorities.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience managing HCM implementations, including ADP product implementations (Lyric modules/products or a global HCM system), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Global HCM implementation experience preferred, including familiarity with GDPR and data privacy standards.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of SDLC principles, methodologies, and workflows; ERP system experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple system integrations, leading data harmonization sessions, and coordinating vendors and system integrators.
  • Demonstrated ability to document current-state environments and develop detailed future-state process documentation and SOPs.
  • Working knowledge of change management principles, with experience supporting organizational and system change initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and commitment to delivering results individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to think independently, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • PEO or EOR experience is a plus.
