Job Purpose: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator / Administrator to support our client, Harvest Hill, with a short-term assignment. In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR administrative and coordination tasks, with a strong focus on supporting processes within ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to adapt quickly, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll Updates & Review: Support payroll by making necessary employee changes (e.g., rate changes, status updates, deductions).
Benefits & Open Enrollment Support: Manage Open Enrollment tasks within ADP, including updates, data accuracy, and employee support.
Leave Administration: Track employee leaves of absence, maintain documentation, and support compliance with company policies.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Coordination: Serve as system administrator within ADP Recruiting. Generate offer letters and ensure appropriate candidate dispositioning. Support hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks, system setup, paperwork completion, and offboarding processes.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare headcount reports, leave reports, and other HR metrics as needed.
Pre-Employment Screening: Coordinate background checks, drug screening, and related pre-employment requirements through external vendors.
Additional HR Support: Assist with other HR initiatives, projects, and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
4-6+ years of HR administration or coordination experience.
Required: Proficiency with ADP systems (Workforce Now, Recruiting, Benefits, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
Adaptability to changing client needs and timelines.
