Job Title: Human Resources Implementation Consultant (GBLP)

Job Purpose:
As a Human Resources Implementation Consultant, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of the ADP Lyric domain to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated time frames and budgets.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with implementation project phases, including Excel data validation, imports, testing, and dual maintenance where applicable.
  • Assist with day-to-day activities of projects to include deliverables, activities, and timelines.
  • Help to ensure milestones are successfully met. 
  • Clearly communicate expectations with ADP, client, and team members, including relationships with third-party vendors. 
  • Complete and deliver weekly project summaries to both the client and manager.
  • Manage time and track hours to ensure an average of 35-38 hours a week are billable to the client/project and non-administrative in nature. 


Qualifications:
  • A 4-year college degree and 3+ years of proven working experience with a variety of ADP products (WFN, Lyric, or other ADP enterprise product) in an HR capacity, or a combination thereof. 
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office and other HCM systems is required.
  • Proven communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Experience with Visio and Tableau is a plus.
  • Commitment to being accountable for results individually and as a team. 
  • Must have the ability to travel to client sites if requested, which may include overnight stays.
