FosterThomas, Inc. is a leading HR Management and Consulting firm. We are seeking an HRIS Coordinator to assist our client out of their Atlanta, GA location. This opportunity is contract to permanent.

SUMMARY:

The HRIS Coordinator serves as the primary contact responsible for Human Resources workforce data entry including new hire, termination, employment and demographic updates.  Manages time and workforce data imports and exports to and from Human Resources systems.  Provides excellent customer service, guidance, support, and expertise in the administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, that impact HR systems.  Delivers first-level technical support to end-users by fielding email, phone and onsite inquires.  Monitors internal and external reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies.  Assists with user acceptance testing and end-user training.   

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The successful applicant should be able to perform ALL of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the actual job performance requirements.
 
  1. Conducts data entry to ensure that Human Resources data is kept current and accurate.  Processes recurring time and workforce data imports and exports.
 
  1. Diagnoses and resolves level-one technical inquiries and makes distinction in escalating inquires for resolution.  Ensures that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
 
  1. Provides excellent customer service, consistent instructions and feedback to end-users based on received email, phone and onsite inquiries. 
 
  1. Assists with user acceptance testing, as needed.
 
  1. Conducts HR systems end-user training, as needed.
