Foster Thomas, a leading Human Resource Consulting and Talent Acquisition firm based in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to assist a client in Baltimore. The client is fabulous and is well known as a great place to work!  This is a full time role and is temp to hire.
Main duties will include:
  • Coordination of new hire paperwork
  • Creation of employee files
  • I9 Tracking
  • Assisting with benefits administration
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Other HR duties as assigned
Ideal Qualification:
  • A qualified candidate with have 3-5 years of HR experience to include:
    • on-boarding  of employees 
    • I9 verification
    • Benefits Administration
  • Expedience with various HRIS systems (UltiPro is preferred)
  • Expert level MS Office skills to include Word and Excel.
