FosterThomas, a leading Talent Acquisition firm in Annapolis, MD  seeks an experienced RECRUITER to join our rapidly expanding recruiting department with our firm!


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Quickly source, screen and present qualified and vetted pools of candidates to numerous clients
  • Manage candidates and liaison with clients through the recruitment and hiring process
  • Develop deep and ongoing pipelines of highly qualified professionals in various disciplines
  • Contribute to the development of recruiting policies and procedures 
  • Provide innovative ideas for streamlining recruiting and hiring practices to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
  • Identify, attend and manage networking and recruiting events, job fairs and other recruiting outreach efforts for hiring a diverse workforce and veterans.
 REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of recruiting experience and 2+ years of technical recruiting.  Experience with recruiting for  government contracts and cleared positions is preferred.
  • Proficiency and proven track record in traditional sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks in addition to demonstrated ability to source “beneath the surface”
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in all sourcing methods including using recruiting research, cold calling, warm calling and internet recruiting
  • Process driven with attention to detail and follow through
  • Possess strong written and oral English communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and leverage pipeline
