Material Analyst

Our client has several Full Time Material Analyst positions available for Federal government contract activities. Candidates must be able to obtain a background investigation. These are positions of trust, and require integrity, confidentiality, intensity, commitment and pride in our country's security matters. The primary responsibility of the Material Analyst is to produce high quality, timely, and cost effective processing of completed intermediate case type and case materials achieved through established procedures in a team setting. The Material Analyst will work on a federal contract in the Boyers, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Review sensitive case materials.
* Ensure case materials are processed to IAW established guidelines in a timely manner.
* Ensure case messaging is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with established guidelines.
* Conducts work in a professional manner. 
* Listens and communicates effectively.
* Flexibility to work adjusted schedule including overtime. Due to the fluctuations in our workload there are times that overtime will be required.
* Performs in accordance with published contractor rule.
* Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills
Qualifications (Minimum)
* Position requires a background investigation to obtain a government clearance;  must be able to obtain and maintain this clearance.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Effective communication skills (oral and written).
* Must have the ability to plan, organizes, and complete multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
* Position requires the ability to develop and maintain a rapport to ensure work is meeting identified goals with others on a team and on an individual basis.
* Must be able to analyze written material from numerous sources, identify issues, rank issues depending on their seriousness and determine the proper course of action.
* Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures of the organization, department, and all handbooks; basic computer/office literacy, (PIPS, OPM LAN, Microsoft Office, fax, and copier); Computer proficiency and the ability to type 40 words per minute.
* Position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Moderate lifting.
* All applicants must be willing to work Saturday, Sunday, holiday hours, and overtime as needed. Work schedules are determined by management on a weekly basis and are determined by workload. All applicants for this entry level position should be able to work first and second shift (which is a 1:00PM to 9:00PM shift).

Benefits

Compensation: These positions are entry level starting at $14.59/ hr. with benefits.
