Foster Thomas, a Human Resources and Benefits Consulting firm, is looking for an experienced part time HR Consultant for our Annapolis office to assist with our growing clientele.

A minimum of a Bachelors degree and 7-10 years experience is required to include:
·         Experience with conducting HR Audits
·         Experience with developing handbooks/HR processes
·         Excellent background in Labor Law/HR Compliance/Federal and State regulations
·         Creation and Implementation of Training and Development programs
·         Employee on-boarding experience
·         Experience with processing payroll using ADP
 
Education – Undergraduate degree – Masters preferred/PHR/SPHR preferred.
  • Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems to include Microsoft Office and ADP Workforce Now.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to acclimate to new situations easily and must have a consultative attitude.  
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
