Job Description
FosterThomas is seeking an Implementation Consultant with in-depth ADP Vantage experience.  FosterThomas is an Alliance Partner with ADP this role will support ADP clients who are implementing ADP services nationwide.   This is a great opportunity with room for growth and competitive compensation package. Must be willing to travel 50% and a telecommute schedule will be considered.
 
Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Working with clients an offering expert level guidance regarding the full life cycle implementation process to include:
    • Reporting
    • Portal Set-up and Maintenance
    • Time and Attendance set up and training
    • HRB System set up
    • Payroll tax
    • Training
    • Payroll Administration
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a 4 year degree in Business/HR or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll including ADP implementations and/or conversions.  Payroll processing and time-keeping experience is required.  Previous HR and or accounting experience is preferred
  • Proven project knowledge of project management principles and the proven experience leading successful projects.
  • Must be able to build and lead effective teams.
  • Previous consulting experience is ideal and must have the ability to work with multiple clients efficiently.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with constantly changing deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written and communication skills with a consultative approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel products to include strong reporting skills
  • Ability to travel locally with some national based travel as well
  • Expert level proficiency with the ADP Vantage and the Payroll Module are required
  • PMP Certification Preferred
