Job Description
FosterThomas, Inc a leading provider of HCM and Implementation Solutions Worldwide, is seeking a Carrier Connections Specialist. This is a U.S. based, VIRTUAL position, that offers room for growth and a competitive compensation package.  

  • Effectively manage a high volume of concurrent connection projects in various stages of implementation.
  • Works independently and makes decisions impacting the scope, and direction of the connection implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance on account structures, review and analyze carrier file specs, code/map new EDI files, and review test files.
  • Works with internal and external stakeholders throughout the connection implementation to effectively resolve benefit set up, data, and coding discrepancies.
  • Communicates effectively with client, sales, and third-party vendors to clarify needs, potential issues, and come to resolution.
  • Drives the connection projects by using project management and problem-solving skills. Provides weekly updates on implementation projects.
  • Accountable for client satisfaction related to the connection implementation. Accurate and timely project completion results in higher client satisfaction and retention.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong time management skills required to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze applications and present resolutions to technical and non-technical staff
