Workforce Manager Implementation Consultant

Position Overview:
FosterThomas seeks an experienced Time Implementation Consultant with in-depth ADP WFM or Kronos Dimensions experience. This position will be responsible for working with our clients, internal teams, and other entities to ensure project goals are met. This is a full-time, salaried, and virtual role with the opportunity to grow into additional roles in the organization.

  • Manage all module phases, including Implementation Analysis, Configuration/Integration, Validation, Project Planning, Go Live, and Transition to Service.  
  • Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, and timeliness.
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project/module vehicles and coordination of resources.  
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the project. 
  • Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through the completion of the module implementation.
  • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates. 
  • Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner.

  • 2+ Years of proven experience in the implementation of time modules and implementation process methodology. Ideally experience with ADP Workforce Manager (previous Enhanced time experience is preferred), and a 4-year college degree or a combination thereof.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and expert-level Excel experience 
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple deadlines and working with other teams impacting projects.
  • Proven communication, collaboration, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Commitment to being accountable for results, both individually and as a team.
  • Ability to think independently and make informed decisions
  • Some onsite travel to the client site may be required
